Sometimes Us Parents Just Need a Little Help

Parenting is tough! I talk about this so often here in my blog because I want you to know you are not alone in your everyday parenting struggles. When I was a new mom, I never heard of anyone else struggling. I felt alone and defeated, and I never want anyone else to feel that way.

With that being said, I’ve realized that parenting in general is much easier whenever you get help in any possible way. It can be great to have someone give you a little time to yourself or help with all the parenting tasks. Sometimes it’s helpful to have prepackaged foods to toss at your kids when you’re in a pinch. It’s okay if you don’t always have the time to put together a perfectly well balanced meal made from scratch. The last big thing it getting helpful parenting tips from people who have children themselves.

Right now I’m gonna focus on fast and easy nutrition. The help I knew I needed, but didn’t know where to find it.

Daily Vitamins

I know for a fact that my kids are not getting all the nutrition their bodies need on a normal basis. It’s difficult even for adults to get all the things we need, how can we expect our children to get all that their bodies need? But what do we give our kids when we hear how most vitamins aren’t exactly as helpful as we think they are?

That’s where 1st Form M-Factor Kiddo vitamins come in. They are the tastiest kids gummies, even my pickiest kids like them. I may have had to bribe them to take their first one, but after that, there was no bribery or forcing for them to eat these. Maybe your kids are easier and will eat just about anything, but for me it’s a battle every single day, until now!

Okay, so they’re tasty, but what about the nutrition that’s actually in them? These top tier vitamins help develop a healthy immune system with vitamins A, C, D, E, and Zinc, which is critical for us moms, because we always end up with whatever illness they get. That Vitamin D also helps with strong teeth and bones. These vitamins help with crucial brain development with Vitamins B-6, B-12, E, Choline, Inositol, and Folate. These help optimize thyroid function which helps with metabolism, growth and development with Iodine. It can also help break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins for use as energy and to build tissue, muscles, and organs with vitamins B-6, B-12, Biotin, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, and Inositol.

The M-Factor Kiddo vitamins for kids are truly top notch, and that’s just the beginning.

Greens and Reds

I’ve said this once and I’ll say it again, my kids are truly the pickiest eaters ever. So much so that they have a tough time going over to other peoples houses. When I tell you that the Opti-Greens and Opti-Reds from 1st Form have been a game changer, I am not exaggerating.

We have ended up making smoothies for our kids almost everyday with these two products, to help build up their nutrition. At first they were skeptical, telling us there was no way they were gonna like it. We came to an agreement that if they tried it and hated it, I wouldn’t make them drink it anymore with these added powders.

To their surprise (and mine) they loved it! I was shocked in the best way possible. We have tried the store bought cheaper versions of this and they have always disliked them all. Hence the skepticism in they expressed.

We not only put this stuff in smoothies, but I mix it in with tacos, spaghetti, and anything else I can think of. They haven’t denied eating any of the food I’ve given them with these powders in them. Not only do they love them, but they have felt so much better knowing they are making healthier choices! It’s empowering when we are able to do that.

Of course these premium products have absolutely no artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives. The greens have phytonutrients, digestive enzymes, and probiotics. The reds have fifty fruits and vegetables that make up this superfood antioxidant blend.

Protein Bars

The Level-1 protein bars are heavenly! One of my favorites, but also my kids. Though the amount of protein in one bar is 20g, I just simply split them in half for my littles. Our personal favorite flavor is the Chocolate Crunch, they also come in chocolate chip cookie dough, birthday cake, chocolate mint cookie, chocolate peanut butter pretzel, peanut butter lover, and salted caramel.

The Level 1 protein bars are full of the highest quality ingredients just like all of the other 1st Form products.

Making Better Choices

I am honestly grateful to have found some things for my children that they love and feel good about. I know this is something their bodies have been lacking and craving for some time now, and I am beyond grateful we found products that are high quality and tasty! Though it’s difficult to always feed our children the perfectly well balanced and healthy homemade foods, it can be nice to know you’re making better options like these.

I’ll be coming back to you soon with some of my favorites, but for now, get your kids started on making these little switches to improve their overall health and I can guarantee you’ll be glad you did.

xoxo
